We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 60 days — no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 60 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included

  • The product must be free from signs of wear, alteration, or damage

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these condition requirements.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a nominal restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

  • Restocking fee: 10% of the purchase price

  • Minimum restocking fee: $5.00

This fee helps cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
